@ICI Grief (The Rebel's Hike) I appreciate your encouragement! I didn’t set out to write a series (just the original short story thirty-two chapters ago). I actually wrote that first story set in the frigid Maine woods while sweltering in Costa Rica. I suppose that, when I finish it in the next chapter or two, I can undertake to refine it and publish it as a novel down the road. My primary focus is actually completely the book map for my first novel. Somehow, writing this series without any planning, off the cuff, has been far easier for me than creating a book map! I’ve also got a debut book of short stories that is 100% complete which recently made the finals of a competition, and my goal is to see that in print. And a second book of short stories that I’m still refining…And an inaugural book of poetry I’m adding to and refining. I’ve got a lot to keep me busy…
That’s all so terrific! Congratulations on making the finals. Will that book of short stories be available on Amazon kindle? I will miss Will and Nadine when it ends. It has brightened my mornings when the posts come out!
@Sally Jupe Thank you! I will still be writing here on Intermittently Human after this series concludes, including new fiction, so I hope you and my many other readers will stay tuned in.
Yay! Yay! Yay! I’m so happy these two have finally come together. And such a perfect way to explain Nadine’s reticence all this time. I just love the way this is going now💕 Two more weeks… sigh.
Oh this makes me so happy. I wondered what she was hiding.
Yay! Are you going to eventually put these together and publish as one? I think you should!

Yes indeed! Keep the emails coming.
Perfect!
HEA--everyone wants one. Thank you for not letting the scar be another black moment.
A+, Doug
Love that Will finally stepped forward with courage and invited Nadine to do the same. 💜
Yes! This was worth waiting for!
Well, now you have a hit on your hands!
Maybe you'll just figure this is the time to polish and proof - *meanwhile* continuing on with the second in this series. (Fingers crossed...)
@Robert C. Worstell Thank you!

Hurray for Nadine and Will getting together in the best possible way!
