She had no subscribers... so Dane Eastergaard took off her clothes.

By the way, I once owned a house that had gold in the well-water. Had it tested to be safe as there can be an issue with well-water in Nova Scotia. Gold in water is said to be good for you... the accompanying arsenic, not so much.

@Unacceptable Bob There is a rumor that the 1974 James Bond thriller, The Man with the Golden Gun, is loosely based on your well-water experience.

I was wondering when Nadine would turn on her brain. Jealousy and mistrust is poison to a relationship. I'm sorry to say it has more to do with her past than anything Will could ever do. And she's still the one with the untold secrets, so there's a bit of projection as well.

I think maybe I take this imaginary relationship too seriously! Lol nora ann

Levelheaded Liz... it's good to have a friend willing to speak up.

Liz, apparently a predictable Devil’s advocate, has said what only she could. Will Nadine take it from there?

I forsee a ray of hope!

This Dane person needs to be put in her place. She's nothing but trouble. I think Nadine is beginning to see the light about the Dane's attempt to steal yet another man.

I knew you'd find a way to make Nadine think again! Gold dust of a chapter.😉 Do people in the US still pan for gold, out of interest?

Douglas Halpert's avatar

@sallyjupe Yes, in some limited areas they actually still do. I researched this fascinating issue when I was getting ready to write this chapter.

That is amazing. Isn’t it great how research for writing a novel can be so rewarding.
